Join one of our musical groups
If you enjoy singing, ringing bells, playing Orff instruments, or being in the fully staged/costumed Christmas Musical, you would be most welcome to join any of our musical groups.
The Chancel Choir sings each week for the 11AM service. The rehearsals are Thursdays 7:30PM – 9PM. We also rehearse Sunday mornings from 10:30AM – 10:55AM. Anyone ages 7th grade through retiree is invited to join.
The Memorial Handbells play once a month at the 11AM service. The rehearsals are Thursday nights from 6:30PM – 7:30PM beginning September 13. The Sundays that we play, we rehearse at 9:30AM. Music reading skills and previous bell ringing are necessary requirements for this group.
The Orff Ensemble plays once a month for the 11AM service. Rehearsals are Tuesdays from 11AM – Noon. All are welcome. No music reading skills are necessary for this group.
The Joyful Noise Makers are an Intergenerational group for all, children through Senior Citizens. They rehearse on Sundays starting around noon for usually 30 minutes.
NEW! a Beginner Handbell Group for those who would like to learn to ring or to improve their ringing skills. We would need a minimum of 7 people to start this group. Rehearsals would need to be on Tuesday evenings after 6PM or Thursday evenings at 5:30PM.
